Living Plant pot with living moss and ferns attached

This 'living pot' is a little eccentric, but really brings the woodland feel into your home. 

It is called a 'Hyper tufa' plant pot has living moss and ferns attached. A unique statement living plant pot. They are strong and make the most wonderful vessel for your plants, or as a stand alone 'living' ornament.

They are 'grown' on a moss nursery in the south of France. The moss is grown into thick carpets and the fern rhizomes are growing through the moss carpets, the leaves come up through the moss. The moss carpets are attached with our special mixture of natural resin and glues that are non-toxic to plants. The pot and moss carpet is bound tightly with cords for at least 2 months and the moss then grows around the pot attaching itself further.

How to Care for your living pot: very simply fill the pot with water and the moss and ferns will receive the water they need through the hypertufa of the pot, fill again when needed. Keep the pot in a shady place, both moss and ferns are full-shade plants and will thrive indoors. Occasionally spray the moss and ferns with a light mist.
